RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUND POLICY

Due to the made-to-order and handcrafted nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds under normal circumstances once an order has been confirmed.

Defective or Incorrect Items

Every order undergoes quality control before dispatch. However, if you believe you have received an item with a manufacturing defect, damage, or an incorrect item, you must contact Agha Noor Customer Care within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Please provide your order number, details of the issue, and clear photographs or videos showing the concern.

Assessment & Resolution

All return, exchange and refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Once a claim has been reviewed, Agha Noor may offer a repair, replacement, exchange, store credit or refund, depending on the individual circumstances.

The appropriate resolution will be determined by Agha Noor following assessment of the claim.

Customised & Made-to-Order Products

Customised, made-to-measure, altered or specially produced items are generally not eligible for return, exchange or refund.

Any concerns regarding these items will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing an order and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Once an order has entered production or has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

Sale Items

Sale, discounted and promotional purchases are generally considered final sale. Any exceptional circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Handwork & Colour Variations

Our products feature handcrafted embroidery, embellishments and artisanal techniques. Minor variations in embroidery, embellishment placement, colour, texture and finishing are natural characteristics of handcrafted garments and are not considered defects.

Colours may also vary slightly due to photography, lighting and individual screen settings.

Final Decision

All claims, returns, exchanges, cancellations and refund requests are assessed individually on a case-by-case basis. Agha Noor reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution based on the circumstances of each request.
